A very early game in the Saturn's life that was a port of an arcade game titled Rad Mobile and the graphics do look dated by even by Saturn standards. The big problem I have with the game is that it feels like it was rushed which resulted in some bugs here and there, nothing that makes it unplayable just annoying. In the end this is not a bad racer and there are some cool things present if you can pick this up for the right price go ahead.
