You will need to understand Japanese to play this game. One very nice thing about 3x3 Eyes is that there are a lot of voice tracks (with the original cast) in the game which help to cut down on the reading and help raise the production value some. I don't really care for the adventure genre as I find that the gameplay is basically just reading lots of text with an occasional video clip.
