Its Sim City so you build and manage a city. This is kind of slow but can be fun once you get everything going. The controls on the Saturn take some getting used to and they feel kind of stiff which can be annoying at times. I would say stick with the PC version but if your looking for Sim City on your Saturn, well here you go.
