Hissatsu! reminds me of the Shinobi game on the Saturn, only not as good. If you dont understand japanese you will not be able to follow the story but you will be able to play the game with no issues. There are four characters to select from and each has there own weapons or powers which helps change things up. One thing I liked was that you select two characters to play though a level and you can switch between them on the fly.
