This came out as a free give away you could get this with the purchess of select games and it was bundled with issues of Sega Saturn Magizine, Game Players and Next Generation Magazine. As for the game you get to play the Spring Valley dream level from Claris in Nights into Dreams, 4 stages and the boss, however everything has gotten a redone with a Christmas theme. The thing that keeps you playing is the unlocking of "presents" and it works very well. The other really cool thing about this game is that there are calendar activated events, in the month of december the stage will have more christmas themed music and it will be snowing, in january there will be less snow on the ground in the stage, and on April 1st instead of playing as Nights you will play as the evil Reala. Another neat thing is that you can unlock sonic and play as him only you will not be flying (which makes sense) and the end boss will change to look more like Doctor Robotnik.
